Visit a Lab Near You
You’ll receive a notification with the lab location and instructions. Most labs accept walk-ins or appointments, and many are open early or on weekends for your convenience. -
Results Delivered Digitally
Once your test results are in, they’ll be securely shared with your telemedicine provider, who will follow up with you virtually to explain the results, next steps, or any treatment plans.

How do I pay for in-person visits?
Simple, direct payments to your provider.
While Healthy U Academy offers virtual care as part of your membership, in-person visits are handled separately and billed directly by the provider you see. These visits are not included in your standard telemedicine service. You should expect that an in-person visit will be approximately $100.
