Understanding Your Baseline
Before diving into our comprehensive program, we begin with a Baseline Lab Panel to assess your current health status. This includes tests for CMP, Lipids, ApoB, Lp(a), HbA1c, CBC, Iron, and Vitamin D. Optional tests like B12, TSH/T4, Homocysteine, and ANA are available for a deeper understanding. Rest assured, these labs are informational tools, not judgments. Results will be explained in Week 2, providing clarity and confidence in your health journey.

PARTICIPANT COSTS:
All participants will be charged $89/month for participation. Additional charges will include labs and interpretation of those labs. Any supplements will also be charged independently of the program fee as those costs will vary based on the supplements you may require. You will be contacted to provide complete details about the costs and program timeline upon submission of your form. No charges will be collected with this form submission.
